100 Hour Service (if not annual) standard works schedule
- Check - Engine Oil Level & Condition
- Check - Reverse Gear/Outdrive Oil Level & Condition
- Check - Coolant Levels, Mixture/Top Up (change biennially)
- Start and warm up engine
- Check - All instrument readings and alarm functions*
- Check - Gear selection, fwd, rev, neutral
- Check - For any abnormal Engine/Transmission noise/vibration.
- Check - For Fuel, Oil, Water leaks
- Check - All Hoses and Hose Clips condition and tightness
- Check - Pwr Steering for leakage, level, top-up Reservoir*
- Change - Engine Oil/Oil & Breather Filter*
- Check - Water Strainer*
- Check - Anodes, Engine & Drive, renew*
- Check - Engine mounts & coupling, condition & fixings
- Check - All controls, linkages, adjust & lubricate*
- Check - Condition & Adjustment of all drive belts, replace*
- Check - Oil level in compressor, top up*
- Check - Battery electrolyte, top up*, check terminals & protect
- Check - Condition & setting of spark plugs
- Check - Condition of contact breakers & set dwell angle*
*Adjust/replace where necessary
