100 Hour Service (if not annual) standard works schedule

  1. Check - Engine Oil Level & Condition
  2. Check - Reverse Gear/Outdrive Oil Level & Condition
  3. Check - Coolant Levels, Mixture/Top Up (change biennially)
  4. Start and warm up engine
  5. Check - All instrument readings and alarm functions*
  6. Check - Gear selection, fwd, rev, neutral
  7. Check - For any abnormal Engine/Transmission noise/vibration.
  8. Check - For Fuel, Oil, Water leaks
  9. Check - All Hoses and Hose Clips condition and tightness
  10. Check - Pwr Steering for leakage, level, top-up Reservoir*
  11. Change - Engine Oil/Oil & Breather Filter*
  12. Check - Water Strainer*
  13. Check - Anodes, Engine & Drive, renew*
  14. Check - Engine mounts & coupling, condition & fixings
  15. Check - All controls, linkages, adjust & lubricate*
  16. Check - Condition & Adjustment of all drive belts, replace*
  17. Check - Oil level in compressor, top up*
  18. Check - Battery electrolyte, top up*, check terminals & protect
  19. Check - Condition & setting of spark plugs
  20. Check - Condition of contact breakers & set dwell angle*

*Adjust/replace where necessary
